Welcome to JW Beauty Care. By placing an order through our website or social media, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

General

  • These Terms apply to all purchases made from JW Beauty Care.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice.

Product Information

  • All products are 100% original and authentic, formulated with safe, tested ingredients.
  • Product shades, packaging, or fragrance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturer changes.

Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders can be placed via our official website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook page.
  • Once confirmed via WhatsApp or call, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • JW Beauty Care reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are mentioned in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment Options (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa).
  • Advance payments are non-refundable in case of order cancellation after confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery time is based on location (see Shipping Policy for details).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchange

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.
  • If found valid, replacement will be arranged based on product availability.

Product Usage

  • All products are for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes unless specified.
  • Always perform a patch test before full use.
  • JW Beauty Care is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own discretion.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website & social media (logo, designs, product photos, etc.) is property of JW Beauty Care and cannot be used without written permission.

Privacy

  • All customer data is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. (Refer to our Privacy Policy)

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan.
