At JW Beauty Care, we prioritize your confidence and satisfaction. All our cosmetic products are crafted with quality ingredients, hygiene, and care. Due to the sensitive nature of beauty products, we follow a transparent policy:
Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange only in the following rare cases:
- You received a wrong item (different shade/product)
- The item is damaged or leaked during shipping
Conditions:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Send us photos/videos of the received product for verification
- Shipping cost for exchange will be covered by the customer unless it was our mistake
Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Shade doesn’t match your expectation
- Allergy/sensitivity after use (we recommend patch testing)
- Product opened, used, or tampered
Our cosmetic products are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene & safety.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under limited conditions:
- If your ordered item is out of stock
- If your order is cancelled before shipping
- If we’re unable to deliver due to courier issues
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days via bank transfer or wallet
- No refunds on used or opened products
- Refund not applicable on delivery charges

Note: Minor packaging dents or outer box issues that don’t affect the product performance are not eligible for exchange or refund.
